The test you should take or even better: implement it in your HR processes

I've read about this amazing test  a while ago and now I feel I have to share it. The best website I found that actually provides the questions in a more understandable level - even for those who's native language isn't English - is this. There are sections at the results where I hoped for more details, but hey... use Google, type in Myers-Briggs Personality Types and you'll be blessed with them, and of course search can be personalized for the language required by you, anytime (just please don't forget: translation is required).

The many time I hear people having no clue what to do in their lives, career wise or HR departments using tests (if any) that actually have not much sense, is sometimes unbelievable. So going out from this issue I'd advise to sit down put that extra 10 minutes effort in and be a bit more successful either by getting a bit clearer picture of yourself or by hiring the person who actually will more likely hit the scale of your company's expectations personality wise.

The test will provide information in followings (there are plenty of information but I find these to be the most important and useful aspects):
- Your personality type from the 16 with description of it
- The careers and occupations most suitable for you
- Strengths and weaknesses

To get the best results, answer honestly all the questions, it is pointless to make up things that don't exist you'll just trap yourself.

Apparently in the US most of the top 100 companies use it. In the same time plenty of journalists, scientist fight for failing it but frankly this in my opinion is the one that actually hits closest to the target (of knowing yourself/ your people) and well let's admit: at the end of the day the success is up to you, your common sense  and many other factors not just only this test.

Just in case if someone gets more interested you can access the official site of MBTI here. (though I guess you can figure out after getting through this article anyway, what you want ;) )

Remember this is not the Holy Bible nor is something that you must take by word but it can be constructive, so have fun. I am ESTJ, what are you?

And for more fun I found this picture below, hilarious, spices a bit more your day up :))!

No, I am not a Harry Potter fan, just want to bring some colour in your HR department's life ;)
